Currently at the helm of New Zealand’s acclaimed O’Connell Street Bistro, Chef Stephan Ward began his culinary path humbly beside his mom, learning the cooking basics. Ward progressed quickly, soon heading overseas to London where he was named head chef of a respected restaurant. Today, Ward remains honored to be leading the bistro, which was identified by Vanity Fair’s On Travel magazine as one of the world’s 42 top dining spots.
