A native of Benevento, Italy, Chef Giuseppe de Pasquale comes from a diverse culinary background. He spent time heading up kitchens for various restaurants in London, England; Riccione, Italy and Mexico City, before settling in Mexico to carry out his dream – opening two restaurants. Pasquale currently owns Promociones Culinarias Aleste founded in 2008 as well as Gusto D’italia, which opened in 2010.
